Support the #HumanitarianHealthcare Campaign
COVID-19 has put immense pressure on healthcare systems globally. Frontline workers are being asked to work outside of their scope of practice and rise to the challenge of the crisis. We need to equip healthcare workers globally who want to participate in disaster response efforts, including COVID-19, with the skills and training they need to do the best job possible.
A GLOBAL FIRST
Team Rubicon, Humanitarian U, and DisasterReady are developing the first online Humanitarian Healthcare Program for frontline workers across the globe. Accredited by McGill University, the interactive Program will be available in English, French, Spanish, and Arabic through DisasterReady.org anytime, anywhere, at no cost to the learner.
$950,000 USD is needed to develop and launch the Humanitarian Healthcare Program in English, French, Spanish, and Arabic.
#HumanitarianHealthcare Workers Need Your Support
1 trained humanitarian healthcare worker helps 500 people each day… with your support we can improve the healthcare of millions.
By December 2020, we aim to train 2,000 healthcare workers – and that’s just the beginning.
