After over a decade of war, our veterans have acquired a unique and valuable set of skills and leadership experience.

Without proper management, equipment, and training, communities can be overwhelmed by these disasters.

The transition from military to civilian life can be challenging, lacking the community, purpose, and self-worth found in the military.

And the financial burden of recovery and rebuilding can further cripple affected communities.

Yet even after leaving the military, the vast majority of our veterans wish to continue to serve their communities
